Non-profit organizations must provide a tax exempt certificate or taxes will be included.

*Ecommerce requires additional charges. Photography is a separate charge.  Any artwork, including web design, is the property of Jar Graphic Design, Jar Graphic Design Corporation & LLC  (JAR).  A release fee is required for all artwork designed or redesigned by JAR.  The minimum charge is $25.00.  Color matching is an additional fee. 

Electricity to the sign is the responsibility of the customer.  Prior to installation all repairs and conditions of surfaces and structures must be repaired and/or prepared for installation by the customer.  JAR is not responsible for any property or personal damages. Transactions are nonrefundable. JAR has the right to remove any installed products for non payment. 

Quotes are good for 30 days. Payments are due prior to installation. Additional charges may apply not listed. The balance is due up front and the customer will be billed for any work omitted from an invoice. If the client/customer installs the sign without the written approval of Jar, he/she must pay any unpaid balances. Unpaid balances accrue fifteen percent (15%) interest each day past receipt.  Prices are subject to change. Graphic Design $250.00/hour; Signage $350.00/hour; Trip charges $100.00 each;  Proofs $40.00 each.

The client releases Andrea Russell, Jar Graphic Design, Jar Graphic Design Corporation, Jar Graphic Design, LLC its successors, assigns, agents from all personal and property liabilities and damages. Also, the client takes full responsibility for delivered and/or installed products.
